Task Profile
The University Council bears the responsibility for the development of the university and proposes measures serving to increase the performance and competitiveness. It supervises the management of the Rector’s office. The tasks of the University Council include in particular the passing of resolutions on structural and development plans and the budget and the consent on concluding university contracts and interdisciplinary cooperations. The University Council selects the full-time members of the Rector’s office and confirms the election of the part-time members of the Rector’s office.
