TryScience mentoring for girls

As a mentee, you will benefit from the valuable experience of the mentors in terms of study orientation, the first steps at university, and the typical everyday life of a student.
As a mentor, you will have the unique opportunity to develop personally and professionally through mentoring and gain first experience in advising and leadership.

As a mentee, you will be accompanied by a female STEM student at the University of Stuttgart for six months. At regular meetings, you will gain insight into your mentor’s everyday university life. She will be happy to answer all your questions about university studies and you can benefit from her experiences. In this way, getting started with your university studies will be much easier for you! Our program, which is composed of workshops and exchange meetings, will give you the opportunity to also get to know fellow mentees and other mentors. At the events, you will be meeting many STEM enthusiasts, and you will get valuable tips on university studies and program choice.
