European real estate has enormous development potential. Whether it is the real estate management or the professional real estate market: thousands of apartments, office building, shopping malls, sports and cultural complexes will need developing, planning, renovation or remodeling. Beyond that, real estate is one of the biggest investment vehicles. Institutional investors like insurance companies, pension funds or open real estate investment trusts have some of the largest real estate asset portfolios.
The complete lifecycle of a real estate property encompasses planning, building, and maintaining it and extends to marketing and property management. Each of these phases calls for high professional qualifications in the most varied specialties.
