Understanding real estate: technical, economic, legal factors

What are the challenges of the future in terms of living and working spaces? What factors determine the value of a property? How can construction projects be designed to be as sustainable as possible? These and similar questions are examined in the study of real estate technology and real estate management (IuI).

The life cycle of a property ranges from planning, construction, and maintenance to marketing and asset management. Each of these phases requires a high level of expertise in various disciplines. That is why we train generalists who can apply their knowledge of technology, economics, and law across a range of fields.
