The target groups for this virtual event are international graduates, doctoral students, and postdocs. The event is coordinated by the DAAD, and the University of Stuttgart will also be participating for the second time, along with around 20 other German universities and research institutions. As in the previous year, it is expected that visitors to the fair will primarily be interested in specific research focuses and opportunities, funding programs and special services for international early career researchers.

The Stuttgart advisory team, comprising three university representatives, will be on-hand to provide information via chat and video call: Wolfgang Holtkamp, Senior Advisor International Affairs, Heinke Claß from the Department of Research and Transfer, and Cornelia Frank from the Graduate Academy (GRADUS). Stuttgart's appearance at the fair will be rounded off by a short presentation from the Senior Advisor International Affairs about “Three good reasons for doing research at the University of Stuttgart”.
