The University of Stuttgart has a long tradition of taking part in the annual Business Forum for Women, organized by the Ministerium für Arbeit, Wirtschaft und Wohnen.
- What makes women successful?
- What specific situations do women in leadership positions experience and what has an enduring influence?
- Does every woman have have own personal experiences or are there parallels to be found in the biographies of women leaders?
- What motivates young women to aspire to take on a position of leadership?
The event “Female leadership – strategies and experiences of successful women in leadership positions” will focus on these and other questions. The event is a cooperation between the graduate academy GRADUS and the Gender Equality Office.
The evening will offer exciting insights into the diverse career options open to women: a young high-flyer will be speaking of her experiences, alongside successful top leaders and executives. This will enable the audience to consider the various career phases and fields of employment from a more intergenerational perspective, which will not only be of interest to young high flyers. The discussion will be followed by a get-together in the foyer, offering a great networking opportunity.
With this event, the University of Stuttgart is further demonstrating its commitment to supporting talented and dedicated young women in their chosen careers.
