Interdisciplinary expertise is needed to tackle the challenges of the future
Autonomous mobile robots, machine tools, motor vehicles, or medical devices – many of the technological achievements of our modern world would be unthinkable without the optimal interaction of mechanics, electrical engineering, and information technology. Are you interested in technical systems and motivated to bring them to life?
The Mechatronics study program combines the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and information technology. This interdisciplinary approach enables you to explore and design technologically innovative products. You will learn to understand the fundamentals of these technical systems and to analyze them in depth using scientific methods.
