Mathematics is essential for progress

The appeal of mathematics lies in its abstract logic, universal techniques, and wide-ranging applicability. Many technological achievements would not have been possible without mathematics.

Studying mathematics in Stuttgart provides both a broad foundation in various areas of mathematics and numerous opportunities for specialization – not only within mathematics itself but also in interdisciplinary applications such as physics, computer science, economics, and more. This opens up a wide range of career opportunities for our graduates.

Good to know
