The members of the University will have the chance to participate in an Unconscious Bias Workshop. You will get more information about Bias and why everybody has them, plus, on how you can work on them and make better decisions every day.
The workshop will be held by Dr. Irias Wangermann. She is an Intercultural Competence Trainer for international executives, team leaders and expatriates as well as for scientists and students. Wangermann was as an Interim Professor for Intercultural Business Communication at HAW Hamburg, and worked in the US, in Italy and Austria.
The training will take place via zoom (Privacy policy)
You will need:
- A computer including camera and microphone
- A WORD-document or a notepad
- Cheerfulness!
Registration until Jan, 31st, 8pm by email.
You will receive information and a small exercise 1 day before the training. All addresses will be deleted after the workshop and you will no further receive messages.
This event will be held in German, on 4.2. it will also be held in English.
