Students and employees of the University of Stuttgart can get vaccinated at the former Campus Guest on February 3, 2022.

Together with the Klinikum Stuttgart, the University of Stuttgart is organizing a covid-19 vaccination campaign on Campus Vaihingen. The vaccination offer is aimed exclusively at students and employees of the University of Stuttgart and is not a public vaccination offer. In addition, university management is calling on all university members to take advantage of vaccination opportunities.

All students and employees at the University of Stuttgart can receive a vaccination on:

Vaccinations will be administered on the first floor of Campus Guest, Universitätsstraße 34, near the bus loop on Campus Vaihingen.

Usually, the vaccination team vaccinates with the Comirnaty vaccine from BioNTech/Pfizer.

Only students and employees at the University of Stuttgart may receive a vaccination. The University of Stuttgart is explicitly calling on vaccinated international students who have been vaccinated with vaccines not approved in the EU to receive a vaccination approved in the EU. This is the only way to obtain vaccinated status in the EU.

Please bring your vaccination passport, your health insurance card or other proof of health insurance, and your passport or identity card with you. Without these documents you can not be vaccinated!

In addition to the entry in your vaccination passport, you will also receive a vaccination certificate, which will be printed out for you directly on site after vaccination has been completed. You can also transfer this via QR code to the CovPass app or to the Corona Warn app on your smartphone.

Please take advantage of another vaccination offer, for example at the vaccination stations of Stuttgart Hospital [DE]. You can also receive a vaccination from your doctor.

You can also receive a third booster vaccination at the vaccination campaign. Vaccination is according to the current recommendations of the Ständige Impfkommission [DE].

Please remember to follow the rules when attending the vaccination drive: please wear a medical-grade mask, maintain at least one and a half meters distance from each other and disinfect or wash your hands regularly.

Employees of the state of Baden-Württemberg can be vaccinated against Covid-19 at the vaccination station of the Klinikum Stuttgart at Königstraße 23 in Stuttgart (former Sportarena). For this purpose, separate contingents of appointments are available for vaccination with BioNTech (first, second and booster vaccination). Independent of the contingent for employees of the state, the vaccine Moderna (booster vaccination only) can also be selected.

Please note the information about the vaccines on the booking website. Current recommendations of the STIKO and information on the vaccines and can be found on the RKI website.

When you select BioNTech -Comirnaty, select the option "Land Baden-Württemberg" in the field "Employees from*" and enter your office in the next field. Currently it is only possible to book dates until the beginning of January. Soon more dates in January will be set and bookable. Please bring the following documents with you to the vaccination appointment:

  • Proof that you are employed by the state of Baden-Württemberg, showing that you belong to the department: you can either take your employment contract with you or request confirmation by e-mail from the head of Department 4, which will then be sent to you by e-mail.
