Employee survey on working conditions and wellbeing.

A principle aim of the university management team is to constantly improve working conditions for employees. The primary goal is to strengthen physical and mental health, performance and general job satisfaction at the University of Stuttgart.

This project is supported by a steering committee, coordinated by Susanne Klinger from Division 7 Personnel and Organizational Development "In the first phase, an anonymous online survey will be implemented to gather the opinions of all employees on health and workplace satisfaction at the University of Stuttgart. To ensure that the results are as meaningful as possible, every voice counts!”, Susanne Klinger encourages all employees to take part. The survey will take place from November 8 to 26, 2021.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have put together a team of representatives from occupational safety, occupational medical and health services, the staff council, corporate health management and organizational development. “With support from the Institut für Betriebliche Gesundheit (IFBG) and with your help, we want to work together over the next few years to find out what would improve our workplace,” explains Susan Klinger. “Das IFBG comprises health experts from the Universities of Constance and Karlsruhe (KIT), who are committed to the fields of health and New Work. We are sure that this collaboration will offer us an opportunity to systematically reflect and rethink our working environment."
