Since the beginning of March, high numbers of international students have been arriving at the University of Stuttgart to study here during the summer semester. Most of these students will also attended German language courses, organized by the university’s International Office.
When they first arrive, international students are welcomed and looked after by employees from the International Office. They also receive welcome packages, are given advice about formalities and are invited to attend seminars “about life and studying” in Stuttgart.
Furthermore, the Buddy Program ready. steady, study, also organizes help for new students, welcome events, and activities throughout the semester. The intention of this is to ensure that international students have a successful start at the University of Stuttgart.
