October 11, 2023

The University of Stuttgart will host the open-air traveling exhibition "Queens of Structure" from October 25 to November 24, 2023 at. In addition, a special exhibition will also open on October 9.

From October 25 to November 24, 2023, the traveling exhibition "Queens of Structure" will be on display on campus at the University of Stuttgart. This shines a spotlight on the talent, passion, and innovation of women in civil engineering. The exhibition encompasses everything from spectacular bridges and skyscrapers to sustainable infrastructures, the entire versatile spectrum that civil engineering has to offer. "Queens of Structure" can be viewed on the Stuttgart city center campus in the outdoor area by the K2 building at Keplerstraße 17. In addition, a special exhibition dedicated to the outstanding achievements of female civil engineers who are closely associated with Stuttgart will be held from October 9 to November 24 on the first floor of Pfaffenwaldring 7, on Campus Vaihingen.

In addition, several accompanying events will also be offered as part of the traveling exhibition. These have been initiated and are supported by the Vice Rectorate for Diversity and Internationalization and Faculty 2: Civil and Environmental Engineering.
