Vocational Education
How do you help someone find the “right” career? What should learning materials look like so that adults can use them effectively? Which factors support learning, and which hinder it? Vocational education focuses on the design of teaching and learning processes and on questions such as these. Vocational educators draw on didactic models, pedagogical theories, and existing scientific knowledge for this purpose. The program provides content that prepares students for roles in vocational education and training or in human resources development.
