STARTUP AUTOBAHN focuses mainly on hardware and software ideas and projects that will drive the future of mobility. Startups from anywhere in the world can apply for the STARTUP AUTOBAHN’s accelerator program. Convince the jury with your concept, and you get from three to six months of special coaching sessions and support from mentors as well as the partner firms. During that time, your startup will have use of the coworking space and hardware lab in ARENA2036 and access to Plug and Play’s global network. The ultimate goal will be to entice potential investors to your project on “Demo Day.”
STARTUP AUTOBAHN is a joint venture of Daimler AG, the University of Stuttgart, the ARENA2036 research campus (de) and the Plug and Play Tech Center. The latter is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, the heart of Silicon Valley, and has campuses in Berlin, Valencia (Spain), China, Singapore, Mexico, and Brazil.
