This lecture will be delivered by Frank Schäfer (Strategic Planning – MiRO Mineralölraffinerie Oberrhein GmbH Co. KG). He has worked for this refinery in Karlsruhe since 1995. He has a wealth of experience in the supervision and optimization of conversion plants. He is currently responsible for strategic planning in the refinery, the energy management system and recording CO2 emissions.
In the summer semester, the GREES Colloquium will be focusing on energy efficiency in process technologies. Political topics will also be discussed.
