The Femtec.Network is a cooperation of leading Technical Universities, companies and the Femtec. Hochschulkarrierezentrum für Frauen Berlin GmbH (Femtec College Career Centre for Women Berlin). Femtec, in cooperation with the Stuttgart University and others, offers a career building programme which gives ambitious female students in scientific and technological courses of studies the chance to make the right decisions early on for the career entry and the later career itself. We provide help, support and workshops (schools) for our female students.

The Stuttgart University Mentoring Programme for Women in Science and Research supports young female scientists in their pursuit of their scientific career and in their career entry. Specifically, the increase of the proportion of women in graduations, postgraduate qualifications (Habilitationen) and assistant professorships at Stuttgart University and by female graduates in the research outside of the university is the aim of this programme.

The PraktikumsInfoBörse (InternshipInfoForum) was established by Stuttgart University in cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of the region of Stuttgart in order to reduce entrance barriers to areas where women are underrepresented. It is intended to serve both parties – the participating companies as well as the women who use it. Here, female students and graduates can quickly and easily find relevant internships and the fitting offer for their own final paper.
