This ensures that navigation, telecommunications, and measurement signals from the depths of space reach the Earth with sufficient quality.”

"In order to plan their routes independently, autonomous vehicles need information about their surroundings, which they perceive using various sensors such as cameras and radar. As part of an international team, I develop software and methods for sensor fusion that combine these different input data in such a way that the behavior of other road users can be reliably determined, even in the event of potential sensor failures."

"I am responsible for product development at Harmonic Design. This includes the electroacoustic simulation and measurement of speakers and prototypes, as well as the design of DSPs and power amplifiers with the associated firmware and software."

"Harro Höfliger primarily manufactures production and packaging machines for the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. My responsibilities as a software developer in the field of the Internet of Things include testing new technologies, such as machine networking and the use of augmented reality glasses. These AR glasses are intended to improve service during machine operation at customer sites. In one of my first projects, I was able to compare various software providers for remote maintenance software on AR glasses, conduct supplier meetings, and now plan and oversee the pilot phase. I am therefore responsible for a wide range of areas."

I work as a production engineer at Keysight Technologies in Böblingen, a world-leading supplier of electrical and optical measurement technology. My main responsibility is to ensure that all production processes run smoothly. From the first screw to the final calibration and verification of finished products, every step is precisely analyzed and optimized. Another part of my work involves designing production processes and software for newly developed products and then bringing them to series production readiness.
