Study program structure and content
Central questions in sociology include, for example: How do society and the economy influence each other? How is a society structured, what social strata or milieus exist, and how can such groups be identified in the first place? How do technological innovations affect the members of a society? Do they perceive these as risks, and how do they deal with them?
Sociology in Stuttgart focuses on the examination and analysis of the transformation of social structures and sociotechnical transformation processes.
