Study program structure and content
While first-year students in other subjects have often already encountered their field as a school subject, many begin their philosophy studies without having previously taken philosophy or ethics classes at school. The program’s structure is designed to address this situation.
In the first year of study, students are gradually introduced to both the content and the methods of the subject. In the second year, students have the opportunity to further explore key areas of the field through classic works in the history of philosophy. The skills developed in handling philosophical concepts and topics are then applied in the third year of study. This stage involves examining current research questions in the discipline and reflecting on philosophical knowledge through interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary exchanges with other subjects.
