The main areas of research include the Clusters of Excellence SimTech (data-driven simulation science) and IntCDC (digital design and construction), as well as the Collaborative Research Centers (SFB) 1313, focusing on multi-field processes in porous media; and SFB 1244, focusing on adaptive envelopes and structures for the built environment of tomorrow.
