Study program structure and content
The first semesters
In the first two semesters, you establish a foundation of methodological and disciplinary knowledge through required basic and core modules, laying a solid groundwork in vocational education. These include, among others, Introduction to vocational pedagogy, organization of vocational education, research methodology, and psychological foundations of learning and work. The core of the program consists of advanced seminars in the areas of didactics and the organization of vocational education, designed to deepen the foundational knowledge acquired.
Your studies
From the third semester onward, students have the opportunity to take elective modules based on their personal interests and to specialize individually. The advanced studies focus, for example, on workplace education, vocational education research, vocational and labor law, digital media in training and continuing education, and social skills.
The study program is rounded off with a three-month professional internship, allowing students to apply the knowledge they have acquired and explore potential career paths.
