Study program structure and content
The content of the program has essentially three main focuses:
- Approximately 60 percent of the program covers engineering subjects in real estate technology, building technology, architecture and urban planning, structural engineering, and digitalization.
- Approximately 30 percent is devoted to basic subjects in real estate management (valuation, marketing, management).
- Approximately 10 percent of these relate to real estate law.
There is also the option of individual specialization: Elective modules can be combined from a diverse range of subjects. In addition, modules are offered for acquiring key qualifications such as presentation skills, languages, and social skills.
