Study program structure and content
The program is structured in such a way that basic economic and business administration terms, methods, and concepts are taught first. Mathematical and statistical methods are taught to help students understand these concepts. The economic expertise is supplemented by fundamental knowledge of political science in the area of the political system of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union. In addition, students are taught fundamental principles of economics teaching methodology.
The teacher training program also includes several modules from the field of educational sciences that deal with issues of education and training. In addition, you will complete a three-week orientation internship at a school during your studies.
