Rethinking real estate. Shaping the future.

The real estate landscape is changing, and so are the requirements for the design and use of buildings and neighborhoods.

The master’s program in Real Estate Engineering and Management allows you to combine technology, economics, and management and consider real estate throughout its entire life cycle. Develop innovative, sustainable solutions and play an active role in shaping the built environment of tomorrow.

  • Interdisciplinary: You will combine engineering, business, and law to gain a comprehensive view of real estate.
  • Forward-looking: You will focus on topics such as sustainability, digitalization, the circular economy, and transformation.
  • Individual: You can choose your own areas of specialization and explore your interests in greater depth.
  • Practical: You will gain practical experience through projects, excursions, and contacts in the construction and real estate industries.
  • An ideal location: You will study in one of Germany’s leading economic and technology regions.

The program is aimed at applicants who have completed a bachelor’s degree program in Real Estate Engineering and Management, or a closely related subject, with a duration of at least six semesters. You should be interested in technical and economic questions relating to buildings and real estate—from planning and construction to use, maintenance, and management. The program deepens your knowledge of the life cycle of buildings and real estate and combines engineering, business, and legal perspectives. Elective specialization modules enable you to tailor your academic profile.
