Sport Sciences
Sport Sciences as a minor subject builds on knowledge acquired at school and introduces students to scientific work, thinking, and judgment in the field of sport sciences. Students engage with educational, psychological, sociological, and biological-medical aspects of sports and movement science, as well as with the effects of physical activity on the body's functional capacity. Students learn to describe, identify, and influence the relationships between physical activity, recovery, and adaptation.
