The Ombudsperson teaching and doctoral degree studies is an impartial and strictly confidential contact person who lends her support to all students and faculty.
Dr Ursula Meiser has been one of the spokespersons for the nationwide network of complaints and improvement managers and ombudspersons in studies and teaching at German universities (BeVeOm) since 2014 and Vice-President of the European Network of Ombuds in Higher Education (Enohe) since September 2023.
