Study program structure and content
The physics program provides you with broad basic knowledge of physics and in-depth knowledge in selected areas. You will become familiar with the methodological tools of experimental and theoretical physics. In addition, you will acquire computer skills in computer-aided simulation, modeling, and data acquisition. The teacher education program includes several modules from educational sciences that deal with questions of upbringing and education. In addition, you will complete a three-week orientation internship at a school during your studies.

General knowledge in the physics study program is imparted in lectures, ...
...usually accompanied by group exercises in which you practice what you have learned using specific problems and tasks. The courses are grouped into modules that span one or two semesters (for example, a two-semester lecture and accompanying exercises) and are each concluded with an exam at the end.
In numerous practical courses, you will deepen your understanding of physics by conducting experiments yourself and acquire initial skills in conducting and evaluating physics experiments and presenting your results.
