Real Estate Engineering and Management B.Sc.
The complete lifecycle of a property stretches from planning, production and maintenance to marketing and cost-benefit management. The program therefore comprises three fields: 60% of the course content is dedicated to the engineering subjects of construction engineering, architecture and urban planning as well as building services engineering and real estate engineering. 30% is dedicated to economic and management subjects such as financing, marketing or fiscal studies. 10% of students’ studies focuses on law. The course comprises the fields of architecture, civil engineering, energy management and business management studies. Research focuses on fields such as real estate development, project management in the construction trade, benchmarking of real estates and properties, facilities management and building services engineering.

| Standard Period of Study: | The study program takes part in the MINT-Kolleg Baden-Württemberg [de]. The standard period of study is 6 semesters. In case of participation in the Mint-Kolleg the standard period of study might be extended up to 8 semesters. |
