PhD Student Efi Hadjixenophontos

Congratulations to our PhD Student Efi Hadjixenophontos her successful achievement of at least 5 Poster Awards within the last few years. We are all very proud of her accomplishments.

In March of 2015, Ms Hadjixenophontos was awarded the "Best Poster Award (Gold Prize)" for a very significant contribution in the field of Nanostructures, Soft/Hard Materials at the 8th German Japanese / 8th International Symposium on Nanostructures and the 4th International Symposium on Functionalization and Applications of Soft/Hard materials, in Kyoto, Japan.

In February of 2016, she was awarded Best Poster at the 10th International Symposium Hydrogen & Energy in Zao, Japan.

In June of 2016, Efi was awarded a Poster Prize for "Most Innovative Research" at the HydEM 2016 (Hydrides as Energy Materials) at Aarhus University, Denmark.

This year in March 2017, Ms. Hadjixenophontos was awarded the poster prize for her contribution with the title "Imaging and kinetics of MgH2 and TiH2 formation" at the "Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft" conference in Dresden.

Most recently in May 2017, she was awarded "Outstanding Poster Award" at the 10th International Conference on Diffusion in Materials (DIMAT 2017) in Haifa, Israel.
