Registration procedure for lab courses and seminars at the Computer Science Department

 

For the students in the English Master programs Computer Science and INFOTECH …

the registration can be found in the ILIAS repository under "International Degree Programs" → "INFOTECH" → "Lehrveranstaltungen WS 16/17". There are the courses

  • "Registration for Advanced seminars offered in the summer term 2017”
  • “Registration for Laboratory courses offered in the summer term 2017".

These courses are already available so that you can register there now. Please register in these directories previous to the start of the registration.

The registration for the advanced seminars and lab courses starts on Monday, 23.01.2017, in the following order:

  1. for lab / practical courses at 13:20 o'clock
  2. for advanced seminars at 13:40 o'clock

Registration is closed at January, 30, 2017 at 23:55 o'clock. There will be no re-registration phase this time! Please note that a seat on a waiting list is no guarantee for a place in one of the courses. After the registration is closed the lecturers will receive the candidate lists and get in contact with the participants to speak about meetings and the topics. Please check the web pages or the pdfs of the call of each course (if available).

The descriptions of the offered courses are available online via http://www.informatik.uni-stuttgart.de/studium/studierende/anmeldung-hs-fapra/index.html and offline next to the southern entrance in the U 38 building.

Registration procedure for lab courses and seminars at the Electrical Engineering Department

 

The registration for seminars and labs, offered by the Electrical Engineering Department are announced approx. one week before the new semester starts on the homepages or blackboards of the institutes together with the formalities on how to register.

For your information: Here is a list of lab courses by the EE department (both winter and summer term) which INFOTECH students can usually choose since they will be taught in English (don’t be confused, if it says they are in German). In case of doubt please contact the respective institute.
