On 3 July 2019, four experts will be offering insight into the mobility of the future – and in a very special location. At the Straßenbahnmuseum Stuttgart, the historic yellow carriages of the SSB will collide with new ideas and concepts for future mobility.
At 4 p.m., Prof. Lutz Gaspers from the Hochschule für Technik (HFT) Stuttgart will describe how emission-free mobility can be achieved on the university campus of the HFT.
At 5 p.m. Dr. Joachim Winter from the German Aerospace Center (DLR) will introduce Next Generation Train Cargo, a future-oriented concept for fast, quiet and efficient freight transport.
At 6 p.m., Prof. Markus Friedrich from the University of Stuttgart, will focus on the effects of automated vehicles on our transport systems.
A highlight of this event is the Reallabor Schorndorf at 7 p.m., when DLR scientist Mascha Brost will describe the development of a station-less city bus system.
