The digital transformation is making traditional business strategy processes obsolete. Rigid annual planning is no longer effective, due to the extremely short lifecycles of markets, products and technologies. As part of the lecture “Strategies of Production”, Frank Riemensperger will be delivering a guest lecture on the topic of “Strategy Processes in the Age of Digital Transformation” on the 8 July. He will be speaking about his experiences of how strategy processes can be successfully implemented in companies in the age of digital transformation.

Frank Riemensperger, born 1962, is chairman of the Accenture-Ländergruppe Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz. As a digitalization expert, he is responsible for the development of sustainable market strategies and the expansion of business activities in German-speaking countries, where Accenture currently has over 8,000 employees.
