The Kid’s Uni gives children a taste of what university is like. Every semester, lectures are held at the University of Stuttgart and at Hohenheim University for children aged between 8 and 12 years.

On Science Day Professor Sabine Klinkner from the Institute of Space Systems at the University of Stuttgart will be delivering a lecture and answering your questions about space research. Where does space actually begin? Why do we need space travel on earth? She will also show you satellites that have been developed at the University of Stuttgart and explain what these are capable of. And there is a special treat in store – children visiting the lecture will get to see a moon rover in action!

Event language: German

Registration is not required.

The event is part of the Stuttgart Science Festival 2022
