The children’s uni gives children the chance to get a taste of what university is like. Every semester, lectures are held at the University of Stuttgart and at Hohenheim University for children aged between 8 and 12 years.

In the winter semester, Professor Silke Wieprecht from the Department of Hydraulic Engineering and Water Resources Management at the University of Stuttgart will be delivering a lecture. This lecture will be focusing on the questions: how are dam structures built? How do they work? and what do we use the stored water for?

Event language: German

You can sign up for the winter semester 2019/2020 via the Stuttgarter Zeitung.
