Start of the Pooling Career Development Program

April 4, 2023

Tailored support for early career women scientists and consulting for all members of the research networks jointed in the Pooling.

The Pooling Career Development Program for early career women scientists (postdocs) starts in May and is now open for registration. The Career Development Program aims to provide pinpoint support to postdocs navigating the daily challenges of research, teaching and academic tasks.

The program is based on a competence framework, not a predetermined curriculum. The program is highly flexible offering individual and personalized counseling. It can be completed independently in time and at one's own pace all while being part of an appreciative network. Therefore it is platform for continuous learning and growth.

Whenever the participants are ready to take the next step in their career a certification that sums up all the scientific and academic achievements will be provided.

To learn more about the program, please join one of our upcoming information sessions or contact Sabrina Schopf.
