"Systems Reloaded - New Perspectives" is the annual topic of the School for Talents and is aimed at students at the University of Stuttgart who are passionate about science. They have the opportunity to get to know peers from other disciplines, learn how various systems shape our daily lives and discover which updates our systems need to become future-proof.
When being part of the class of 2022 over the course of twelve months students will benefit from workshops, excursions, discussions and community-events, meet stakeholders from science, society, politics and culture and be able to contribute to the annual program that is inspired by the University of Stuttgart’s vision of “Intelligent Systems for a Sustainable Society”.
Application criteria:
- Bachelor and Master Students currently enrolled at the University of Stuttgart – all disciplines welcome
- outstanding academic results/above average grades;
- social commitment
- willingness to contribute to the program over a period of 12 months
- proficiency in English (program language is English)

The School for Talents supports particularly high-achieving, motivated students and accompanies them in their personal development, both professionally and interdisciplinarily. The interdisciplinary annual program offers the opportunity to engage in self-selected projects together with students from other departments. This year, we seek questions and answers in the field of "Systems Reloaded - New Perspectives." The annual topic takes a look at the systems that shape our everyday lives and explores their underlying concepts.
