The 4-story building houses the premises of the simulation technology study program.

The nearest public transport stop is the S-Bahn stop "Universität"(lines S1, S2, S3). Only the exit "Universitätszentrum" has an elevator and is accessible. The bus stops "Universität" (lines 82, 84, 91, 92, 746. 747. 748, N1) and "Universität" (loop / lines 82, 84. 746. X60), have a barrier-free access path. The main entrance is accessible and has automatic doors. The interior of the building is mostly accessible.

The main entrance is on the left on the south side of the building. The automatic doors are sufficiently contrasted.

Along the edges of the “concrete plateau”, which forms the courtyard between the buildings, there is a risk of falling. The stairs at the edge between 5b and 5a are without handrails and barely noticeable. The doorsteps of the side entrances protrude into the traffic area and are not marked. Monotone color schemes in the interior and exterior, but the entrance is visible due to its projecting vestibule. The interior doors are not sufficiently contrasted, the glass doors are not marked. Step markings are missing.

There are two accessible public parking spaces at the back of 5a Pfaffenwaldring.

The elevator is wheelchair-accessible, but the turning space in front of the elevator entrance may be too small.

The entrance doors are automated. There are only a few hallway doors, mainly to the stairwells, and they can only be opened with great effort.

There is an accessible restroom on the ground floor (freely accessible).
