Study program structure and content
In this study program, you acquire the necessary knowledge and methods that qualify you for leadership positions in sports-related organizations:
- You receive an introduction to the various subdisciplines of sport science (e.g., sports medicine, training science, sports psychology, sports pedagogy).
- In the areas of sports sociology and sport management, you acquire fundamental knowledge and learn to apply it in sports-related fields (e.g., sports sponsorship, club and association development, sports administration).
- The economics component of the program introduces you to the fundamentals of business administration. In addition, you learn key methods of social research (e.g., standardized surveys, qualitative interviews).
