Re-Registration

for the winter semester: July 15th - August 15th
for the summer semester: January 15th - February 15th
Important: The State Parliament of Baden-Württemberg (Landtag) has increased the administrative fee from former 40 to 60 Euro starting summer semester 2013! For summer semester 2013 you therefore have to pay the amount of EUR 138,00 in order to re-register!
Therefore, in order to re-register officially you have to pay the amount of EUR 138,00 into the account of the University of Stuttgart:
- Administrative fee: 60.00 Euro
- Student services fee: EUR 78,00
- Doctoral Students or exchange students (bilateral agreement) have to pay the following fees: EUR 138,00 or EUR 78,00.
Your registration is only valid for one semester! If you are too late re-registering you will automatically be removed from the register of students!
Please use only the machine-readable transfer carriers which you received together with your immatriculation documents the semester before. If you lost the transfer carrier please transfer the amount of EUR 138,00 in full, with a single transfer, to the following account:
Universitätskasse Stuttgart Nr. 787 152 1656 bei der Baden-Württembergischen Bank (BLZ 600 501 01), IBAN: DE15 6005 0101 787 152 1656, SWIFT/BIC: SOLADESTXXX
As "reason for transfer" please enter: the year, the code for the semester year - 1 for summer and 2 for winter semester - and your matriculation number; for example re-registration for summer semester 2013 with the matriculation number 1234567 would be: 201311234567.
