Information Technology (INFOTECH) M.Sc. - in English
Information Technology (INFOTECH) is an English language based Master study program for applicants with a first level degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or similar. To focus on specific key areas of Information Technology, students choose from four specialisations: Communication Engineering and Media Technology, Embedded Systems, Micro- and Optoelectonics, and Computer Hardware/Software Engineering. All specialisations share a common program structure, a set of common lecture modules (including non-technical and key qualification modules), seminars and lab courses. Study advisors support students in their selection of modules based on their academic history and selected specialisation. After 3 terms of study and one term for a Master’s thesis, students receive a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information Technology. Students must have completed an internship in industry and have basic German language proficiency to obtain their degree.
