Short Description

The complete lifecycle of a property stretches from planning, production and maintenance to marketing and cost-benefit management. The study program therefore comprises three fields: 60% of the course content are dedicated to the engineering subjects of carcass and finish, and building services engineering. 30% are dedicated to economic and management subjects such as financing, marketing or fiscal studies. 10% of students' studies focus on law. The course comprises the fields of architecture, civil engineering, energy management and business management studies. Research centres on fields such as real estate development, project management in the construction trade, benchmarking of real estates and properties, facilities management and building services engineering.
