History of Natural Sciences and Technology B.A. (major subject, minor subject)
The subject "History of Natural Sciences and Technology" provides students with insights into the historical development, economic and social relevance of the natural sciences and technology. Historical sources are accessed, analysed and interpreted. Students undertake research into the cause and interdependences of technological developments. The subject has a special bridging function between the natural and engineering sciences on the one hand and the humanities and social sciences on the other.
