Registration deadlines

In winter semester 2017/18, the registration period for examinations lasts from November 15 to November 30.

During the registration period, the online registration via C@MPUS is activated for

  • Students of B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree programs (from PO version 2008),
  • Students of B.A. and M.A. degree programs (from PO version 2008)
  • and students of Teaching Qualification programs (from PO version 2010)

During the registration period, the registration forms are valid for

  • Special projects, Bachelor theses, Master theses from PO version 2008
    registration forms

Examinations in the following degree programs are not registered at the Examination Office, but at the respective institutes:

  • Erasmus examinations

 

Further information:

  • If you fail to register examinations during the registration period at the Examination Office, you are not allowed to take these examinations!
  • The Examination Office cannot accept belated registrations after the end of the registration period, belated registrations are not possible.
  • With very few exceptions (e.g. Aerospace Engineering), there are NO degree programs at the University of Stuttgart that provide for an automatic re-registration of re-examinations and second examinations by the Examination Office in their Examination Regulations. This means that you also have to register for re-examinations and second examinations during the registration period. Please consult the Examination Regulations of your degree program to find out if it is one of the few programs that provide for an automatic re-registration by the Examination Office.
  • Please only use registration forms that correspond to your Examination Regulations (old/new) and do not use examination numbers from other degree programs or other Examination Regulation versions.
    • hand it in at the Examination Office (directions/office hours)
    • put it in the box in front of the Examination Office or the Admissions Office, Keplerstraße 7, first floor
    • send it via mail or fax to the Examination Office
    • To submit the duly completed registration forms during the registration period, you can:
  • Interdisciplinary key qualifications are not registered at the Examination Office, but have to be taken at certain times. Further information can be found here.
