Biografie

Tobias Haist studied physics and obtained his doctoral degree in engineering (Ph.D.) at the University of Stuttgart. Currently he is leading the group „active optical systems“ at the Institut für Technische Optik where he is working on new applications for spatial light modulators. His main research interests are optical and digital image processing, computer-generated holography and optical measurement systems. He is member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
