a little dot to artistic patterns
An image with a
little white blob (the shape of the blob determines
the design formed later) is taken and a Fourier transform is applied on
it. The Fourier transform of the blob ( Fig 1 / 2 ) is
shown in
Fig 3.
With a Little bit of creativity (e.g using filters
for generating fractals) with an image editing program like Gimp, artistic
patterns can be generated from Fig 3. The result
is as shown in fig
4. Different start
shapes of the blob generates differnent artistic patterns
