This section is for all students according to New Study and Examination Regulation (NSER). Students of programs PY09 and further (first start winter 2009/10) study according to NSER. Students having started earlier, please use the link to OSER.
This is a guide through this section.
'Overview' explains in detail the main characteristics of the Master's program in Information Technology (Introduction) and introduces the four majors Communication Engineering and Media Technology (CEMT), Embedded Systems (ES), Micro and Optoelectronics and Computer Hardware/Software Engineering.
'Overview' explains in detail the main characteristics of the Master's program in Information Technology (Introduction) and introduces the four majors Communication Engineering and Media Technology (CEMT), Embedded Systems (ES), Micro and Optoelectronics and Computer Hardware/Software Engineering.
The Curriculum explains the basic course and teaching structure of the program. As the first term of the program differs from terms 2 and 3, the block First Term explains firstly the Basic Teaching Modules of the first term and the Learning Agreement (LA) for the 1st term, lists the contents of the LA and finally provides the Time Table for the first term.
The 'Major's section finally provide for each of the four majors (specializations) the detailed curriculum and related course listing, Communication Engineering and Media Technology, Embedded Systems, Micro and Optoelectronics, and Computer Hardware/Software Engineering.
The Master Thesis Project of the 4th term and the compulsory Industrial Internship have their own pages.
