Dear students in the internationally oriented Master’s programs of our university,

You are in your first year at the University of Stuttgart?

You wish to have more contact to local (and international) students and find new friends?

You want to learn more about the German (and other) culture(s)?

Then participate in the Cross-Cultural Mentoring Program offered by the International Office!

We still have free places for mentees in the summer semester 2018.

Mentees of the Cross-Cultural Mentoring Program will be assigned an experienced student of the University of Stuttgart, a so-called mentor. Your mentor will meet you regularly, offer you advice regarding everyday life at the university as well as in Stuttgart and Germany, and help you improve your German language skills (if you are interested). Besides, both of you will improve your intercultural competences.

Last but not least, you can benefit from peer-to-peer courses, workshops offered by professionals and a diverse leisure program which are open to all participants of the Cross Cultural Mentoring Program.

To join the program in the summer semester 2018, please register online:

https://www.uni-stuttgart.de/en/study/international/mentoring/application-mentees/index.html

We will then invite you to an interview in order to get to know you better and then find the best mentor possible for you.

Best regards,

Your Mentoring Team

Sarah Walz, Maja Heidenreich and Raphaela Diel
