Open access principle

The data and the materials obtained during this collaboration will be published and distributed freely for all interested scientists and plant protection officials charging only the costs for dissemination. All collectors of the original materials will be co-authors of the publication in which their materials will be described.

Plant protection and genetic heritage regulations

Fresh and dry plant material will only be accepted if the respective national plant protection rules were obeyed and permissions were obtained from the donor and the receptor country. In case of the existence of rules for the protection of genetic heritage, permissions from the local authorities must be provided by the donor scientists.
